France - Champagne

In the most northern vineyard area of France lies the region of Champagne. There are three main grape varieties used to make Champagne: the white grape Chardonnay and the black grapes Pinot Noir and Pinot Munier. All grapes are hand picked and the ‘Méthode Traditionelle’ is used to make the glorious sparkling wine that is Champagne!
